Cesar's journey began in the Huila region of Colombia, where his family has tended to coffee trees for three generations. Today, we bridge the gap between the steep slopes of the Andes and the vibrant speciality coffee scene of Melbourne.
Every bean we roast is sourced throrugh personal relationships, ensuring that the far,ers who grow oir coffee are compensated fairly and the land ist treated with the respect it deservers.
